Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The Services are a collection of Discord bots that provide features which may include, depending on the specific bot: member applications and onboarding, shift/duty logging, disciplinary and HR-style record keeping, leave-of-absence (LOA) and incident reporting, support ticketing, AI-powered chat features, review/rating systems, and related administrative tools. Not every bot provides every feature — the specific functionality of a given bot is described in its own server or documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own minimum age and account requirements to use the Services. If a bot is used within a server that has its own membership or age requirements, those also apply.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information in any application, profile, duty log, or form (including but not limited to identity claims, work history, or third-party account links);
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the AI chat features — including attempting to extract system prompts, internal instructions, or configuration data, or attempting to generate harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content;
• Abuse, spam, or attempt to manipulate the disciplinary, blacklist, review, or reporting systems, including submitting false reports or false “proof”;
• Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or the systems they connect to;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some Services may provide AI-powered features. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate and should not automatically be treated as factual or authoritative.

AI-generated content must not be relied upon as the sole basis for disciplinary, employment, legal, medical, financial, or other decisions where an incorrect result could materially affect a person.

AI features may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

5. Human Decision-Making

Certain features (applications, disciplinary actions, LOA approvals, ticket resolutions, and similar) involve decisions made by human staff members using the bot as a tool. We are not liable for the outcome of staff judgment calls made through the Services — disputes about a specific decision should be raised with the relevant server's staff/management, not treated as a fault of the bot itself.

6. No Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that data will not be lost, corrupted, or delayed — including where a Service logs information to a spreadsheet, database, or other system owned and controlled by the customer/server rather than by SB Group.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SB Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of data, loss of access, or actions taken by staff using the Services.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on Discord's platform and API, and may also rely on third-party providers described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is also subject to the terms of those third parties where applicable.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, including through blacklist or role-based access controls, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced where practical (e.g., in the relevant Discord server).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
